Driving<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

When driving from east or west in the Greater Toronto Area, our west location at 2150 Islington Avenue is accessible by taking Highway 401 to exit 356. Continue south down Islington Avenue. Turn right on Monogram Place. Our office (suite 102) is located on the south-west corner of the building complex called Monogram Place.<\/p>\r\n

Parking<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Free parking is available on a first come, first served basis. To access the parking lot, turn onto Monogram Place. Then, take the second right into the parking lot and turn right into the dead-end parking area. Here you will see the designated Surrey Place parking, indicated by the sign. This parking is free of charge. Make sure to use the designated spots otherwise you’ll need to pay for parking or risk getting a ticket.<\/p>\r\n

Public Transit (TTC)<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

2150 Islington Avenue is accessible from the Bloor-Danforth subway line.<\/p>\r\n

To get to 2150 Islington Avenue using the Bloor-Danforth subway line:<\/p>\r\n

  1. Take the subway west to Islington Station.<\/li>\r\n
  2. From Islington Station, take the 937 bus to Monogram Place.<\/li>\r\n
  3. Go west for 150m (about three minutes) to the south-west side of Monogram Place building complex. You will see the designated Surrey Place entrance (suite 102) on your right.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

    Designated Entrance<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

    Our designated entrance is located on the south side of the building facing Monogram Street. You will be unable to access the entrance to Surrey Place offices from the main building entrance. You will need to go to the south side of the building which faces Monogram Street.<\/p>\r\n

    Reception<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

    There is no one at the reception desk and visits are by appointment only. Please ring the doorbell upon arrival and the clinical staff will greet you for your service.<\/p>\r\n
